私たちは、レーザーを始めとする光関連の製品を世界各国から輸入し、光技術の開発によってより豊かな社会を生み出そうと尽くされる技術者の皆様にそれらの製品をお届けし、共にお客様の製品開発プロジェクトを推進するパートナーとして働かせていただきたいと願い、企業活動を営んできました。
その私たちが、技術の最先端を歩まれる皆様のお役に立てる働きをなすためには、技術的な知識や語学の習得はもとより、その過程で生じる様々な課題に対応できる「個人としての力」──自らの人間的な未熟を超えるための「私が変わります」の姿勢が必須であり、会社はその１人ひとりの「変わる」を応援するための環境であると心得ています。
そうした、１人ひとりの人間的深化・成長による諸問題の解決こそが、私たちが目指す新時代の挑戦と考えています。

Aiming at bringing about a new era and social change through the transformation of ourselves.
We import lasers and other optical products from around the world and bring them to engineers who are devoted to creating a richer fruitful society through the development of optical technologies. We also aspire to work in partnership with our customers to promote their product development projects and have been operating our business toward this aim.
In order for us to provide meaningful assistance to all those working at the leading edge of technology, the acquisition of both technological knowledge and language ability is of course a must. In addition to this, it is essential for individual employees to possess the skills to deal with any issues that arise in the process. In other words, it is imperative that each of us at PNEUM adopt an approach that facilitates the reforming of ourselves toward further personal maturity. We believe that it is the role of our company to support such change in each of our employees.
Our challenge for the new era that we are aiming toward is to solve the issues that arise in pursuing this personal maturity and growth.
